These terms apply to this website and to the Motions launch waitlist. The site is operated by Rip Build, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (“Motions”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is a pre-launch page. Motions is not available yet. Nothing on this site is a product, an account, or an offer to sell anything, and joining the waitlist does not create an account or reserve anything.

The waitlist

Joining costs nothing and obliges you to nothing.
A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access, of access by any particular date, or of access on any particular terms.
We may change how the waitlist works, close it, or decide not to launch at all.
Submit your own email address. Do not submit anyone else’s, and do not submit addresses in bulk or by automated means.
We may remove an entry that looks automated, abusive or fake.

When Motions does open, it will have its own terms covering the product itself. Those will apply to using it; these terms only cover this site and the waitlist.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and do not use it to break the law. Do not copy, scrape or republish the site or its contents except as these terms allow.

Our content

The Motions name, logo, artwork, copy and design on this site belong to Rip Build, Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share the page as published. You may not reuse the branding or artwork for anything else without our written permission.

Links

Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties about it, including that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or current. Anything here describing what Motions will do is a statement of intent, not a promise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rip Build, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the change.
